Yeah, but you started a month after everyone else. I started in late August so I'm already on something like week 9. No midterms though.

We have property as an option next semester, but yes for outlining because of midterms. The first couple weeks of classes were so easy in comparison.

At least the midterms are all ungraded, but it really hammers home how much we suck
What doesn't suck is that everyone in my section is dressing up as a party from our contracts case book and coming to class in costume. We'll have a full compliment of mobile home buyers, construction workers, and Lakota Girl Scouts showing up. Probably about the only fun thing about being in the gunner section. Need to get a hot glue gun and make myself a hairy hand.

Hmm we have 5.5 weeks left and all I have so far are 0% complete outlines (not including outlines procured from others, of course). We a have "midterm review" in contracts tomorrow but I assume it'll just be the professor saying unclear things that vaguely relate to the problems that he distributed beforehand. Whatever, at least I know the mailbox rule.

Also I wish someone had warned me about how many MBIE exercises there are so that maybe I'd started before today. So far 1/37 complete.

Legal Writing memo got handed back today. Our prof talked shit on us for an hour about how bad they were. Said almost everyone fucked up the blue book cite of the law and wouldn't tell us the correct answer.

A B+ landed me in around the top 25% however after all that shit talking the lowest grade was a B

I only use Bloomberg when I absolutely have to (for assignments specifically instructing use of BCite). Lexis FTW

I like Bloomberg best. It has the easiest search tools for finding relevant info.

Am TLSing in class. Just got called on to talk about concurrence in Erie Doctrine. Didn't read the concurrence. Said literally wrong shit. Everybody thinks I'm dumb. Oh well, back to TLSing.
