I went last year at this time, and it was amazing because of the crowds. I'm sure you will have a blast. I would just not choose to go in December given the choice.

Right there with you! I can handle - read: begrudgingly accept - policy questions when there was at least some direction in preparation. Mentioning a weak enforcement mechanism does not meet the burden of production. When I get a F-, I will know what sank my ship.Kinky John wrote:policy is the worstGray wrote:Can we just acknowedge that there was an unfortunate amount of policy arguing in that civ pro exam? Heck no! That was the only thing keeping me afloat. If it weren't for that, I'm certain the registrar would've come in partway through the exam to inform me I was no longer welcome and it was time for me to abandon ship.Gray wrote:It won't have been the book stand though.Minnietron wrote:Right there with you! Re: Tonight, We Dine in He1L

Yes. But instead of a grade, you will get a bunch of R 12 thrown at you. And probably some R 11. You can put this on your resume instead of GPA to prove your practical lawyering experience - because that is what employers are really looking for. This is a fool proof plan to gainful employment. I'm jealous I didn't think of it first.Big Red wrote:what if instead of writing an exam I write out a complaint, R 8 copmliant, bringing suit for NIED against my Civ Pro teacher you think they will go for that?

Does it count as studying if I have my outline on my lap but I'm watching hockey? also all the lights are off so I can't read
