Hey guys, been following this thread for quite some time. Finally finished my internship on Friday, so my full-time job has become cancelling all of my utilities since I'm moving out on May 9th. Today's task is Comcast and I am not excited to deal with that so I'll be procrastinating here for a while

For some reason today, instead of typing "Close Fraud Claim," my subconscious wants to type "Top Law Schools." That'd be a fun thing for a client to call the call center all confused about.
