In your tar are you the slurpy dog or the cringey dog?

Not even a question. definitely the slurpy dog.

At this point in the week I feel more like cringy though, with slurpy representing my work environment

So? You think I go to work on Canada day? I respect my neighbors to the north too much to insult them by working on July 1st.

Careful of the mani salons

We go for mani/pedi for the family to a place we have known for years. We trust them but really don't know

I just had to email someone...so that she could talk to someone...so he could talk to two other people...so that they could talk to the person in charge about me using my vacation days prior to leaving my job. I've never missed school so badly.

Spent the weekend attending my bro's LS graduation, followed by soaking the rays (and alcohol) on the shores of Ft. Lauderdale beach. Being back to work definitely sucks but strangely enough, it doesn't suck as much as it did being here last week. #muchneededbreak

Half of my office is out today so I'm having to pick up double the work. I'm done feeling guilty about slacking -- I'm going to start taking off every single Friday until I leave. Bitches.

So because of the mass exodus, my company moved to a smaller office in the same building. I don't have my own office anymore and my screen is visible to everyone.

No way this lasts a month. I'm either working from home (which I was supposed to be doing) or quitting early.

Oh shit. I honestly don't know of a worse scenario. No way you can move desks? Request to be under an ac vent or something (or away from one, as the case may be?)

Tomorrow is my last day. I will do next to nothing tomorrow, because last day. Maybe some HR stuff.

Today, 3/4 of the office is out because the entire city has been underwater since last night.

Basically, I'm done.

TY for your much needed sympathy. I am thinking of reasons to insist on working from home.

I think I had this nightmare last night too

I've never go-karted more sadly in my life.

Had a request denied for taking a friday off about three weeks from now because multiple other people asked for it first. Thinking of creative challenges (preferably to the death) that I can propose to(force on) those who requested before me? Are pistol duels officially illegal? I always wanted to pull an andrew jackson.
