Yeahh, I think so. The OP says mid-February, so I quickly skimmed last years thread around that time - Feb 7th-10th is when they were announced.

NYU has stayed pretty true to its historical timelines this cycle, so maybe? I hope so?

Also thinking about it. Really don't want to deal with the hassle of having to leave work early. But I'm willing to go if it materially improves my chances of a Furman, which may be possible if I can catch the Dean's ear and leave an impression. I'm 50/50 on going to the luncheon at this point.

Yep, also got one a while ago, meant to reply, and didn't. This is the problem with using my phone to screen what I need to deal with right away and what can wait. The latter group ends up waiting forever.

Did anyone else just get what seemed to be a not-quite an invitation to apply for ASPIRE program?

Yep. It was almost like plugging something that was no longer on the market.

Anyone consider emailing Zach back to find out if that is supposed to be an invitation to apply or not.

I should add that the email was especially odd to me because the ASPIRE program is unavailable to internationals like myself.

Unrelated to ASPIRE... is there reimbursement available for ASW travel, and if so, any requirements/limitations on it?

Will probably be asking them about a travel stipend soon - will report back here unless someone already has that info!

I called and they said it's need-based and that you have to file the NA to be considered. I believe they may have also said you have to contact their office to let them know you're interested in obtaining a travel stipend after you've filed NA. I'm not 100% on that second part, but I can't imagine it would hurt to show interest if they're going to be looking at your finances anyways.

By my count, there have been three reported RTK invites. I believe they come via phone call unless you are international.

Someone ITT reported that they weren't able to register using Chrome, but that it worked using Firefox.
