I've heard its good, but I'm on Team Glannon Guide and Glannon E&E.

I used the Glannon/Glannon combo during first semester & Freer during second semester.

The trick is really just remembering the rules though. Also, be sure to write in the actually rule book.

I think it was involved in a multiple choice question? Maybe two? Not sure if she'll even do multiple choice again. It factors into the Erie doctrine, which you'll learn at the end, and understanding all of that will be more important. You can't really understand Sibbach in isolation anyway, so stop worrying about it and move on to whatever material is next. You'll figure it out at the end.

Zero questions for us on Sibbach on multiple choice. However, Ms. Sibbach comes back again for Erie (as previously mentioned).

For now, just realize that Sibbach is a hazing ritual.

Wendel recommends some book by some dude I think is named kenneth abrams or something like that. This is from memory so don't quote me. It'll probably be on sale during the CLS book/supplement sale this week.

If you can use headphones and block out people coming to talk to you and shit, reading room is fine. Other people do carrells. It's whatever works for you.

I personally prefer G Floor or B Floor Carrels. Reading room can get distracting from time to time and it's not great if you like to buckle down and focus (see: friends saying hi, etc.).

What clubs have outline banks? I didn't know this was something that existed until a few days ago when a 2L mentioned it. But now I think I'll be kicking myself come exam time if I don't join one.

LALSA/BLSA/NALSA will have a joint one.

IALSA has one. BLS has one. I believe APALSA has one.

Outline banks can be very useful, but remember that nearly all of the outlines you'll see, especially in the vetted outline banks like the joint BLSA/LALSA/NALSA bank, were written by students either from scratch or by taking an old outline and deleting everything except the skeleton. It's extremely unlikely you will do well, particularly as a 1L, unless you work very hard on your own to understand the morass of information in your casebooks and class notes, and the best way for most people to do this is through writing their own outlines.

I can confirm this. I had an old CALI's outline for Hillman Contracts First Semester and got pretty boned in his class. Any and all classes that I made my own outline in I ended up doing very well in. Who knew.

That being said, old outlines are certainly helpful as a point of comparison and organization.
