+1 - This is how I received an updated offer - I think they need to hear directly that you will choose Penn if your award is increased.Mack.Hambleton wrote:have you called and talked to finaid?kingpin101 wrote:So... at what point should I give up on getting money?

I also reached out (via email) after getting alternate'd for the Silverman and seemed to have decent results.Tigerlily74 wrote:+1 - This is how I received an updated offer - I think they need to hear directly that you will choose Penn if your award is increased.Mack.Hambleton wrote:have you called and talked to finaid?kingpin101 wrote:So... at what point should I give up on getting money?

Has anyone had luck getting an extension to the May 1 deposit deadline? Any ideas who I should contact about that?

Also, silence on the merit scholarship front. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, looks like Penn's a no go at this point... I wish they'd at least give an email saying I won't get any merit aid.Ris19 wrote:Still radio silence about merit-scholarship

Was tempted by Harvard today but happy (I think) to say I am sticking with Penn (at a slightly higher scholarship now too ).

Out of curiosity do any of you guys watch any MLS/ the Union?
So excited to actually be living near a stadium for once (Whitecaps are too far to justify the expense of a trip to see) even if the Union is a shitty team. And only like $27 for a supporters section ticket.
