ETA I told Rigo like an hour ago that I wouldn't make my 5000th post until dat $$ came, so I'm glad Andy came through.
Now its time to send that offer to GW and see what they can do!

I just received my offer. I'm in the early April group, but I also informed them that I had an April 15th deadline. Looks like I'll be seeing all of you in the fall!

Did anyone else see the number and get a little worried before reading "for each of three years"?

It's a books series for people who love America, not for half-Canadian treehuggers like you, GrayGray wrote:*squints skeptically*Hand wrote:I warmly recommend the complete Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynnaccessislife wrote:so is what's everyone reading before law school? any of the classic pre-law school books? reviews?

Why don't you read something that's actually fun. I recommend the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. But only if you love America.buckiguy_sucks wrote:I bought Infinite Jest like two months ago and have read 10 pages since. New poll suggestion: do you love America as much as Vince Flynn did?

GASP. Infinite Jest is incredibly fun. Read along with Infinite Summer.Hand wrote:Why don't you read something that's actually fun. I recommend the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. Getting to Maybe is the one I hear about the most. There are a couple of "summer before law school prep" guide things somewhere on TLS, but I've heard that doing nothing is TCR. There's a good chance you have to unlearn whatever you studied because professors have their own styles, etc.gilessanderson wrote:out of curiosity, what are the classic pre-law school books?accessislife wrote:so is what's everyone reading before law school? any of the classic pre-law school books? reviews?
Can we have a poll about what curriculum people are doing? I'm hoping for B/Section 3, but I'm a bleeding heart commie treehugger, if you couldn't tell already.

I want section 3 so bad. I don't really understand why EVERYONE doesn't want section 3, but I forget that not everyone is a nerd.Dipper wrote:Getting to Maybe is the one I hear about the most.
