Yes, they gave me a really good one and subsidized my hotel cost completely.

Forgive me if this has been discussed previously-

Does anyone know if Michigan offers any sort of travel stipend for visits not during ASW? Or has anyone had success negotiating one?

IIRC, stipends are need-based. Michigan does subsidize hotel costs, though. When you register for ASW, you have the option of booking a hotel through them for $20/night.

Sorry, I think my question may read weirdly -- I'm not able to visit during ASW, and am wondering if anyone has had any help with financing an 'off-schedule' visit.

Hello from a 3L!

I am subletting my 1 bedroom apartment this summer. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the law school and to downtown bars/restaurants. It has A/C and comes with a parking spot. For more perspective: ~25th GPA, 75th<LSAT, 60K as well.
