As tempting as it is to do this for you, based on your username, we really can't. It's what we help our clients with and would be unfair to them. But it can't hurt to stay in touch with each office!

totally fair and absolutely understandable

Hi Mike / Mike's team!

2 questions for you:

1) Being an International student, what information should I add in an e-mail requesting a fee waiver? I mean, other than the LSAT, I have basically 4 transcripts: degree transcript + 2 exchanges + summer school. Every transcript has its own evaluation (pretty different!). Should I add all of them? Just the degree one? Nothing? Can they access my LSAC file before I submit applications? That would make it a lot easier ("just watch my file").

2)I am interested in some school even (not just) because of their double degree options. Is this a thing you would say in a "why x" statement? I'm concerned that they could read it as "so your interest is not in our LS, but in (say) the Business School x or whatever". This is clearly not the case, and I see a concurrent degree as a added value for a law school, but I wasn't sure if I should explicitly state that or not.

PLEASE DON'T QUOTE - I am pretty much recognizable!

Thank you for all the support you all give us here - you're great!

Inter[Stellar}Law

1. I would let them find you first, always the best way. If your LSAT is what they are looking for, easy peasy. If not, I think it is often more successful to go the need route, if you have true need, than merit, because in a sense they have already dinged you on the merit free app end (or made a mistake in their CRS). If you ask now, for some schools you will get a "be patient we will find you if you qualify" and that could go in your file.

2. For sure. Why essays are yield protect. If they have a program you want, that's YP

Winner gets two free admissions or employment calls with me.
Loser has to answer my work texts for a month. :)

I got ripped off last year, I guess I should have called off the hounds when I was playing Spivey if I wanted my calls  .

Still had a blast playing though, and Spivey dropped some knowledge bombs throughout the league year. People should definitely sign up to play!

Yes, I liked it better when people who didn't know anything about football but wanted free advice or to be nice to me and fill my league played, and I ended up calling myself for an hour at the end :)

Hi Mike!

Still on Penn's WL. I've sent letters and emails demonstrating interest. Anything else I can do? Any news on Penn's WL? Let me know --- thank you.

Is there a buy in? I'm only mildly informed about football and I love free advice so all in all I think I can help you win again

Snake. Unless SS is something really cool, I'm not aware of that.

I love auction but unless we can all meet in Vegas, snake is much more practical.

I guess my friends and I just specify between all-at-once drafts (snake) or a prolonged Google docs draft (spreadsheet) since we're so spread out that it makes it difficult to get us all in one client at one time for a draft. Anyway, I'm in if you need a body. Bouncing back and forth between Germany and Korea all month but I can make time.

Mr. Spivey,

I would like to use this post as confirmation that I would like a spot in your 2017-2018 fantasy football league.

Thanks,

Thanks a lot! My lsat is pretty strong actually, I hope to receive some waiver before mid Sept, I'd like to send applications in that period!
(I listened very carefully to your podcast about app timing tho, so I won't rush if I'm not perfectly done with every detail!)

Unfortunately, it's hard to follow NFL from overseas... I have to fold the FF league

You the man! And the commish! We used ESPN last year, worked well. Can we shoot for a 12 team snake draft? Then we can do a poll on draft dates.

I need to send you my email, and the email of two others. I'll do that in a PM!
