The Law Center at Barad-dur is a good regional, but I doubt it will be able to get you work in Mirkwood. With high enough grades, you have a slight chance of breaking into Emyn Fuin's Biglaw, but it's not a safe bet. Obviously Numen Law School is fantastic, but its employment numbers are not as good as Gondor Law or Belfalas, and I don't know if it's worth sticker.
My advice for you would be to retake the Middle-Earth Law Admissions Test (MLAT) and ED Gorgoroth.
Numen Law school has been a dumpster fire since the blood of the high kings failed. Don't go to that trap.
And BULC (Barad University Law Center) did used to be a decent regional, but a recent influx of hobbits into the area has really hurt the Shadow economy there. I would avoid.
Valinor Law School (VLS) is obviously the best, but it looks like you shall not surpass the admissions requirements to cut it there. You should probably just take the Rohan bar and open a solo practice doing horse thief defense. Less debt and the women there will throw themselves at literally anyone.

Dol Guldur Law and is located in the region and has the most local connects
Just FYI most of the work in mirkwood is representing entities seeking to pollute the place
Lord Thrainduil wants to clean it up but he hires almost no one
