Panic
I am doing the simulated mbe sets provided by the NCBE and I am scoring ~65%. Got a 59/100 on the Barbri refresher. It is frustrating because although I have studied and memorized the conviser, roughly 30% of the questions are very nuanced and specific and I get them wrong. Add to that wrong tardy mistakes here and there and I am at 65%. I know that the NCBE questions are supposed to be easier than the real MBE and I am panicking. Will I be able to get a 140 on the MBE? In NY.

Re: Panic
Yes, 65% raw will equal roughly 140 scaled. Just not a lot of room for error.

If you have memorized the conviser you'll do great on the essays!
