Which States Require (or Don't Require) In-Person C&F Interviews Forum

Let's compile a list of state bars that do and don't require, under normal circumstances, an in-person character & fitness (C&F) interview.

Requires In-Person Interview:
Maryland
New York
North Carolina (on the day of the exam if out-of-state?)

Does Not Require:
California
District of Columbia
Missouri

Please let me know about the other states, if you happen to know.

Maryland requires an in person interview for every applicant.

Delaware requires an interview. Virginia does not.

AFAIK-Pennsylvania does NOT require an in-person c & f interview except in the rare circumstance you have something in your background they are questioning on your application.

Colorado doesn't typically require an in-person interview.
