I cannot wait any longer. Somebody please help me. When are the results coming out? I was fine until yesterday. Now my life has been completely taken over.

After reading the J18 Analyses, I feel like I mentioned these points, but didn't go into these details, and definitely did not cite any cases--

I do feel a bit relieved after seeing that writing about promoter liability was a waste of time since I thought I was doomed because I didn't mention it and other posters had...

I feel y'all...last night I woke up at 2:23am and thought it was a sign that I failed the exam with a score of 223----omg, this is mental...

After reading the analyses, I feel terrible. I haven't seen the MPTs but I'm sure they aren't much better.

I feel you on this. But if it makes anyone feel better these are the same ones we used studying for the bar and I had multiple bar prep professionals tell me that there is NO possible way that a bar exam taker could 1) hit all the issues (correctly) 2) write that much in 30 minutes and have it look so freaking amazing.

I'm trying to remind myself of this because If we think the "average" exam taker could produce something even close to that, we would all drive ourselves INSANE.

Seriously guys, if you value your sanity there is really no point in reading the analyses now. Worst case scenario, if we failed, we can read them later and that will not add any more to the pressure we'll already be under. If we passed, it's just a waste of time.

Agreed. On top of that, you may have been awarded points for a creative but incorrect recitation of the law. The analyses won't tell you that.

Y'all do know that the they're MODEL ANSWERS They're written with unlimited time, with notes. There's no way you'll be able to be that composed under exam conditions. Passing answers have had waaay less. There's no way you'd remember how you wrote. It's pointless.

I second this. one of the instructors at bar prep said if everyone does bad on a certain essay it won't hurt you as much.

Hm well not an IP lawyer here, but maybe there was also a bit of a copyright issue - kind of like uploading a copyright protected movie onto a torrent server? Again, not a specialist

I wasn't really being legal.

The NCBE isn't going to go out of its way to sue someone for this kind of disclosure and no one here really needs to worry about legal repercussions. So when you report this isn't not because its a legal problem, it's because it bothers you.

Thanks for this little distraction--- I see your point, but there is one exception in copyright law---fair use--if dissemination was not commercial (free), and was for educational, research, commentary, parody, etc., purposes, and didn't upload directly to site either, so not likely to take away from the market....so no commercial purpose, and no definite impact on market, then this share would not likely violate copyright law...
