What is the NLYE like? Do the questions state what topic they're derived from? For example, if its a Contracts question, does it say Contracts?

There are sample questions you can download from the website.
The sample questions specify subject but the real questions don't.
The questions are very obvious as to what subject is being tested.
The exam generally tests in short hypotheticals.
