Help! Are the con law questions in the new MBE study aid extra difficult?
I was doing really well on con law in adaptibar but just did the con law questions in the study aid and did so poorly. Are these questions harder than average? Anyone have any info that can make me feel better?

If you know the levels of scrutiny, substantive and procedural due process, and the commerce clause then I wouldn't worry.
