You won't see your name on the list if you fail. I also imagine that the Committee will mail out your results, give information on re-grading, and give information about the next administration of the test.

I graduated in 2004, took the DC bar in 2011, resolved my character and fitness issue (debt) earlier this month,and will be sworn in next Friday.

No, not yet. The site is currently down. Either people are refreshing too much and causing a crash, or they are working on putting up the list.

I called. Whoever posts results is "currently trying to locate the webmaster" so that they can be posted. You'd think they'd figure this out, oh, I don't know, DURING THE THREE MONTHS THEY HAD BETWEEN EXAM AND RESULTS RELEASE...

Edit to add: I was told they'd "had between 1 and 5pm" and they're "trying to get it done."

The website says the pass list will be posted "in the office of the Clerk on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse" in addition to on the website.

To be fair to the Court, they said it will be posted "after 1:00pm" today, not "at 1:00pm," and it appears that they will indeed post it today.

Don’t bother, already tried. They’re posting them both at the same time.

Although if a lot of ppl show up, they may give in...

So refresh the page once a minute? 10 minutes? an hour? This would have been better for everyone involved had DC never sent that email.

You're probably right that DC should have never sent that email.
