MEE Issue Spotting help or tips
Sometimes the question can be straightforward, but family law throws fact pattern out and I had no idea the issue was modification of a property award after talking about paternity of a child? I guess I really haven't spent much time on family law because I had no problem with evidence but any tips are sincerely appreciated. best of luck everyone!
