Anyone struggling to get bar exam loans, had to take time off work to pass this third time
I was initially approved by Sallie Mae but only took out a little bit and been paying the interest, yet now they want a co-signer for me to take out more. I reached out to my law school although I've been out for a bit, don't know what else to do but struggle like a POW. = (

I just did a personal loan through the same credit union that my car loan is with. I think they were more willing to approve me because I told them it was for me to be able to study for the bar exam, as I definitely have a high debt to income ratio right now.
