Sigh. Studying for the July 2015 CA bar for the third time now and working full time. My boyfriend (who is not in the legal field) has been acting nasty towards me and doesn't understand why I am so completely stressed and tired all of the time. Anyone in the same boat with your SOs?

Actually no, my SO is very supportive. Maybe because I'm a woman and my spouse is a woman too?? She has totally picked up the slack at home and is doing whatever it takes to ease my stress. ( I just wish she would stop shopping and spending money because she's bored, LOL).

When I took it this last February, I got into a fight with my boyfriend that lasted about a week. Luckily it was near the end during the review phase, but it still sucked to have that hanging over me during such a stressful time. I decided that to deal with all personal issues later, and I was only going to focus on the bar until test day. I'd started running, so that was some time out of my day completely for me to clear my head. Free time is almost nonexistent with studying and work, but you still need at least a little part of the day just for yourself. Sorry you have to deal with this.

The Mrs. gets annoyed all the time at this point and doesn't understand why I can't be more "flexible." To her credit, we have two young kids and I'm sure managing has been hell.

Trust me, though: I hate studying for the CBX as much as you hate me studying for it
