Yes, they are!

I think that's over 600 questions or so.
The thing is, I started out back in May really badly, like less than 50% in contracts and property badly.
So my total overall % is kinda skewed since then. It's more reassuring to me to just run the numbers for the last 4-8 weeks where I have really improved. I absolutly cannot grasp Civ Pro, and have run the numbers on it flatlining on the exam.
The way I'm thinking about it, it's one subject out of 7, and the MBE is worth 40% overall in NY. So i'm knuckling down hard with the NY Essays right now, each one of them is worth about 8% of the total, so I figure hitting those well enough might help me get over the line.

For perpective, I scored 122.6 in the July 2013 MBE.

Do you really think Civ pro is going to be as hard as adaptibar? I mean barbri's are really easy I'm at like 77%. I'm like at 40% civ pro in adaptibar. So I'm hoping that its somewhere in between?

all i have to go by are the 10 ncbe questions. So I would say somewhere in between. Adaptibar's are whack!

I stopped doing Adaptibar ones. They were crazy. NCBE ones were pretty easy I thought.

To clarify, I got 122.6 in the actual exam I took back in July 2013. I will sit the 2013 practice exam on Adaptibar hopefully tomorrow.

I stopped the Civ Pro questions. They are over 50% lower than my average for all subjects. Its like someone opened a civ pro textbook and flipped to a random page and wrote the first bold term they found.

I find it quite amazing that the average questions completed almost jumped 300 within 1 or 2 days. People must just be riffling through those things.

just worry about your %, not necessarily the # of questions. I'm only at 600 questions on adaptibar but more than confident that my average is fine. You're not trying to get an A on a curved exam; as long as you're at a certain score you'll be fine and what others get doesn't matter. Your only competition is really yourself, can't worry about others

I just finished the 2011 MBE and I got 80%.

So far my practice MBE scores are:
2006 (6/27/2015): 77%
2008: (07/04/2015) 80%
2011: (07/22/2015) 80%

And a custom 50 question exam yesterday I got 76%.

BUT I am still remembering a lot of the answers from before.

I'm in a comfortable range for everything except Con Law. I realised that Adaptibar has been feeding me Separation of Powers questions, which Chemerinsky skimmed over. Have you noticed any other omissions? Help please. :-)

Checking in at 1080 answered and 74% correct. Looking to work through about 200 or so more and try to bump that up a little bit before test day. Ks and prop still getting me at 66% and 67% respectively.

wow thats insane. What are your stats for the last 200 or 100? For me, im at 1020 with overall at 66% but the last 200-400 at around 71-74%. Big improvement from where i started. You must be in the 80s. Autopass!

Yeah, last 200 are looking pretty solid for me -- 81.5%. May be luck though, could have been a stretch of the easier ones. Congrats on your numbers, keep pounding away and I am sure you can bump that up a little. Plus, we have a few more days to learn some nuances and continuing to familiarize ourselves with question types.

Hopefully we both can replicate this on test day!

There is a warning defect here. There is a risk of blindness which makes the product unreasonably safe. It appears that the product was made according to specifications, but it does not appear that the danger can be designed out. In such a case, there is an absolute duty to provide clear and complete warnings of the danger.

Here, the chemicals are listed that cause blindness. But those warnings will not be considered clear and complete since the average user would not be on notice of the danger. Thus, everyone in the commercial chain is strictly liable.

I think i should call it a quit right now, I'm getting way too OCD. My overall average is 65.8, 1050 questions. However, a set of about 400 questions last week had me at 75%, but my last 200 seemed to be way harder and had it down to about 69 or 70. I did two barbri mixed sets at 72, didnt do the simulated mbe becasue now i have to study state stuff. Am I good?

My overall average is at 60.1% @ 595 questions answered.

I wish I was at 65.8 lol. I really don't feel confident heading into this thing with 60.1.

I have personally not seen any questions from the 2013 exam I took. I wonder how old these questions are because I remember when I took the bar in Feb 2013 and Feb 2015 that those seemed a hell of a lot harder than these do( except for the Civ Pro)

How were the civ pro questions in February? Haven't really found anyone that can shed light on that yet. Easier than adaptibar? Harder than Barbri--which are pretty easy?

Its actually all still a blur to me. I thought they were harder than the 10 measly questions I got from the NCBE site. I was also given about 100 questions from Onetimer's, Best MBE's and I thought those were fairly easy.

These Adaptibar questions are killing me.

Some Adaptibar questions on civ pro have to be straight up bullshit wrong. There was one I answered that talked about two adversaries giving statements about the authenticity of a signature on a contract during deposition; one said it wasn't his signature and other said it was. The question asked what the judge could do. The answers were along the lines of 1) Summary J for D, 2) Summary J for P, 3) JMOL, 4) 12b motion. The Adaptibar answer said JMOL was correct.

They're not even at trial yet!!! How can JMOL be used!!!
