How am I looking?
Civil Procedure (16 of 47)
Constitutional Law (65 of 89)
Contracts (71 of 97)
Criminal Law (59 of 84)
Evidence (54 of 87)
Real Property (61 of 93)
Torts (79 of 105)
looking pretty good! Aren't those better than your previous numbers?
Yes, they are!
I think that's over 600 questions or so.
The thing is, I started out back in May really badly, like less than 50% in contracts and property badly.
So my total overall % is kinda skewed since then. It's more reassuring to me to just run the numbers for the last 4-8 weeks where I have really improved. I absolutly cannot grasp Civ Pro, and have run the numbers on it flatlining on the exam.
The way I'm thinking about it, it's one subject out of 7, and the MBE is worth 40% overall in NY. So i'm knuckling down hard with the NY Essays right now, each one of them is worth about 8% of the total, so I figure hitting those well enough might help me get over the line.
For perpective, I scored 122.6 in the July 2013 MBE.
