It took me forever to get my property average up. Brought it all the way from 50% or even lower to almost 60%. I've done just about every single question. After there is a while you will start to pick up patterns.
I will make sure to power through as many of these questions as humanely possible then.

Yeah really helped me to just do a shit ton. I'm definitely still week and rarely get a future interest question correct, but I rarely miss a question outside of that anymore. It literally just took me seeing everything multiple times. There are some types of questions that I've answered wrong at least 3 times before it sunk in for me.

How many questions are you doing in a set

This past week I was hitting individual subjects to get stronger but I think I'm going mixed this last week.

I'm in the same boat as you. What are your plans for Civ Pro on the MBE? I'm considering leaving them all out until the end.

I don't know. I'm going to do all 6 sets of barbri's civ pro, and then look over the 10 that ncbex released. Maybe a few more adaptibar for the hell of it.

why is my average suddenly going down the tubes? i was like 63-64% and the last few hundred i feel like its gone down to 59-60. ugh, the worst feeling.

I had the opposite happen to me. I went through a really rough patch around 1200 questions in, but then the last couple of hundred questions all seemed to be very easy. I don't know why that happened, but when I hit the rough patch I really thought I was beaten.
It gets better.

I'm trying to figure out the logic behind adaptibar question orders. I suspect that sometimes you will get a ton of hard questions that you wouldn't get on the actual mbe. Remember only 27 questions per subject, they probably want to see if you know major rules rather than weird exceptions, although admitedly the latter will come up, just not as much in one exam as you might get in one adaptibar session on a topic.

I've gotten hammered today and have dropped a percentage point because I've been getting mostly difficult questions. It's demoralizing but I think your logic is correct, so I try not to get too down.

So, I just did the 2013 test. I scored an 80%, but I definitely had seen a lot of the questions before. Probably around like 30%. A lot of the questions I had gotten right previously, but there were a few that I didn't. What you guys think? Is this a good sign or does it not mean anything at all since I had seen some of the questions previously. This was pretty far above my normal average of 65%. Also, no civ pro.

What was it like as far as testing exceptions vs. main rules? Heavier on the former or latter?

Pretty even mix I'd say. There were definitely some exceptions, but I feel like for at least half just knowing the main rule would have gotten you to the right answer. Unless it was evidence, of course.

State. The essays are worth as much as the MBE.

id like to think all that mbe study helped prepare me for the state essays in those topics, though

Just stumbled upon the pass feature, and Ive been doing this neat thing where I skip 3-4 paragraph questions. I recommend to all.
