I think I just don't care no more at this point. I just want to get the Exam over. How does everyone else feel?

Yup, i'm right there with you. To make matters worse, I haven't really done much in the last 2 days. I feel like i've forgotten it all in 48 hours...integralx2 wrote:I think I just don't care no more at this point. I just want to get the Exam over. How does everyone else feel?
Same here.. I still don't feel ready but also feel tired every time I try to do anything. Just haven't been productive but just trying to keep going as much as I can, reviewing stuff I don't know well. It's incredibly hard these last 2 days though.mr.hands wrote:Yup, i'm right there with you. To make matters worse, I haven't really done much in the last 2 days. Yes. Ugh.integralx2 wrote:I think I just don't care no more at this point. I just want to get the Exam over. How does everyone else feel?
Awful. I've been wrecked with anxiety and stress. I've had to stop coming to this thread because I kept freaking out when I saw how much everyone else was doing! I would see someone say "I was doing my 7th essay of the day and . . . " and I would just think, "Fuck, I've only done like 2 or 3. I'm a failure."integralx2 wrote:I think I just don't care no more at this point. I just want to get the Exam over. How does everyone else feel?
Fuck you Kaplan. Fuck you.Kaplan wrote:If the firefighter asserts a claim against his neighbor, will he prevail?
A. Yes, for trespass.
B. Yes, for nuisance.
C. clearly wrong answer
D. wrong answer
Answer: "To be sure, the neighbor would be liable for trespass since his bees entered onto the firefighter's property. However, nuisance will provide the firefighter a better theory of recovery. . ."
haha; I was wondering where you went...We got thisshredderrrrrr wrote:Awful. I've been wrecked with anxiety and stress. Haha I hope so! It's always nice to have encouragement, but I think I'm going to be worried no matter what. I think that's part of the whole "passing the bar" experience.robinhoodOO wrote:haha; I was wondering where you went...We got thisshredderrrrrr wrote:Awful. I've been wrecked with anxiety and stress. Keep in mind some of the people (myself included) doing crazy amounts of essays are those in states like California where the pass rates are abysmal. Lastly July was like 48% passing. We have 3 days (6 essays and 2 three hour PT's, plus MBE's). It makes us manic...hahashredderrrrrr wrote:Haha I hope so! All I know is that, success or failure, this shit will be over in a few days time. Hopefully indefinitely, but at the very least momentarily.
That's a good point. I appreciate the reassurance!robinhoodOO wrote: Keep in mind some of the people (myself included) doing crazy amounts of essays are those in states like California where the pass rates are abysmal. But, ya: Anxiety is a given. It's shit. Just breath and I will see you on the other side

But you guys are doing more than I'm sure most everyone in your relevant states are. YOU ARE THE 48 PERCENT!
MY GF doesn't even pretend to be interested anymore, lolshredderrrrrr wrote:Is anyone else going crazy with bar questions taking over their life? No matter what I'm doing, I'm constantly thinking, "Is that a tort? Would this be an oral contract? Who is liable here?"
I think it's driving my wife crazy. We just watched an episode of Archer and it just so happened to be one where Ceril is telling everyone the relevant 4th Amendment rights they have. I kept pressing pause to elaborate and clarify what he was saying. My wife pretended to be interested. I'm sure she wasn't. But godamnit if I'm not gonna elaborate on the proper bounds of a protective sweep when brought up in context outside of studying!

Yeah I went on a long rant explaining something about strict product liability to my husband and his eyes just glazed over. Sometimes he pretends to be interested (and even asks me questions) just to humor me though.orangecup wrote:MY GF doesn't even pretend to be interested anymore, lolshredderrrrrr wrote:Is anyone else going crazy with bar questions taking over their life? As long as your SO hasn't told you they will divorce/leave you if you fail, you should be goodfreestallion wrote:Yeah I went on a long rant explaining something about strict product liability to my husband and his eyes just glazed over. Fuck, I remember this question.shredderrrrrr wrote:Fuck you Kaplan. Fuck you.Kaplan wrote:If the firefighter asserts a claim against his neighbor, will he prevail?

D. wrong answer

We're going to make the CBX our bitch. When it begs us to stop, we're going to turn it over and demand justice. We may not be able to own people per the 13th Amendment, but by god we will own the CBX.fadedsunrise wrote:Fuck, I remember this question.shredderrrrrr wrote:Fuck you Kaplan. That's brutal man...Gotta do what you gotta do though. Hopefully your dog gets bettermyrtlewinston wrote:I will probably have to withdraw. My dog was diagnosed with a spinal problem last week. He deserves love and care.
