Supplementing w/4-Year-old BarBri MBE Materials?

Post by henry flower » Fri May 29, 2015 2:09 am

I'm using Themis to prep for the July administration of the MD bar,and I happened to come across some free 2011 BarBri materials. I don't know if I will actually need to use them, but I was wondering if it would be smart to use the old BarBri MBE outlines and practice questions to supplement my Themis materials. How much does this stuff really change? Thanks.

I think it should be fine. I don't think there have been that many changes to Torts, Contracts, or Crim within the past 5 years that would make your materials obsolete. I do know that for Con Law they sometimes like to test recent Supreme Court cases. So maybe you will want to get updated materials for that subject.
