Sorry for the last minute Evidence question. Say someone gets hit by car and says to doctor "My leg broke. Some red car driven by a red haired woman hit me."

Can that whole statement come in under the Past Physical Condition for Medical Diagnosis hearsay exception, or does red car and/or red haired woman have to be redacted?

You could get in "some...car...hit me" because the doctor needs to know how you got hurt. But the rest would be stricken.

Best wishes to everyone! We've all worked extremely hard and it comes down to this one tiny quiz! We'll all do great and we will all pass!! In the famous words of Guzman: "you will beat them at the bar exam."

65%!

Oh god why did I sign myself up for this? Ugh.

If I get more than 1 non-MBE topic for essays and still pass, it'll be thanks to Tanicius' "How to bullshit essay topics" posts.

Can we bring materials and leave in personal room to get at lunch? 90 minutes is a super long time.

One day down (here in Texas). The short one, but still. Only two more to go.

Tomorrow is going to kill me. MBE is what I devoted most of my study to and I never really aced a practice one. Hoping it all clicks somehow and that BARBRI overprepared me and I get lucky with some guesses. Need that considering I never studied consumer law or secured transactions at all.

Don't forget to check off "Bar Exam-Good Luck!" for that dopamine hit of moving your PSP progress bar over another tick.

We got such a magnificent essay draw in my state. I am so happy. 4 MBE essays, 2 MEE-exclusive.

MPT was average - not too easy, not too painful. Our MEE was Contracts, Torts, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Trusts, and Corporations. Played to a lot of my strengths. I'm hoping I put it away today.

curious, does everyone more or less feel like they did exiting a law school exam? I have no clue what to feel - is it more or less the case that if you put legal analysis/good writing on the page youll write a passing essay? I dont think any of mine hit "model answer" status, so no frame of reference.

I feel pretty good, even though I can think of a few things I missed.

That's pretty much where I am, although I probably missed more than I think I did.

If I get that on Wednesday and Thursday I'll finally be over the mystical 75% that means nothing. Yay!

Haha what was the limit? I spewed my brain for days and applied law to fact like I was talking to a three year old. Think I had 10K words or more after the ordeal was over.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
