Essay #5 I legit think you could've talked about every single topic in Corporations, there was no way to write about every issue, massive question.

Thoughts on PT-B?

Also, what happens if you don't have much analysis? Auto-fail???

Is it possible to pass even if you absolutely completely and totally bombed one of the six essays?

There were a few essays that I thought weren't great, but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about bombing to the point where I don't know if a thing I said in the essay even made sense.

PTB was weird...I was confused about the very first section. What were we supposed to put for that one?

Tuesday's exam was a slow introduction to anal probing. It was moderate all around. Just greasing around the rim. No funny/bs issues for the most part and tested on major issues and in each subject we either learned in 1L or bar prep course.

Wednesday's exam was the anesthesia. We were put into lala land not knowing what the fuck it is we are starring at. We looked at the question but our conscientiousness was not all there. At least for Barbri, it helped 0 with the MBEs. The questions were new and strange, and to this day I have 0 idea whether I got anything right. I could have gotten 0/100 or 100/100. I just pray I got at least half right, as in I got A HUNDRED QUESTIONS WRONG. I just don't know cuz I was in lala land.

Thursday was the day anesthesia wore off and our asses were burning. You felt the tingling pain creep up with community property, but you handled it well because it was moderately painful and totally doable. You felt like a big boy or a girl after resisting the urge to succumb to pain. You owned it.
Then the pain came. Corporations came up but it wasn't really corporations. It was corporation's bastard child hiding in a closet. Some people saw it briefly in the past but never anticipated that the bastard child would come out from the hiding. Well it did and it was ugly as fuck. By the time Conlaw came about, our asses caught fire and we did not know what to do. There was some emergency first aid technique which I remembered vaguely as a three-step process, but knew nothing else.
Holy fuck balls. This made me laugh so hard I cried. This is why this board is great. Literally no one on earth could appreciate this post without taking this fucking test, and if you have it is awesome.

I went 20 (!!!) minutes over on that asshole beast of a corp essay and then I got to 6 and felt like I was floating out of my body. I shat out the takings rules and did like one page of analysis. Yippeeeeeee!!!!

Oh my gawd thank you!!! Yes I essentially sharted out the entire outline the whole time in a cold sweat panic flailing around not knowing what to latch onto. Didn't mention closed corp or the fact that the transaction may not have actually been harmful, and still managed to be 15 minutes over time before I even got to the PR issue. What a blur of bullshit.

Corporations.

I know nothing about the subject. It's the one I studied the least and I basically went completely blank.

I think the exam is sort of designed that way. Very few people are gonna knock down every one.

When we finished the essays and the proctors were collecting the booklets etc. I remembered seeing the word "remedies" in a question and for a second I thought I didn't answer an entire essay question. I almost passed out. Then I realized I didn't talk about his "remedies" in the corporations question. Oh well.
