within the first 5 questions i saw, let's just call it a non-MBE topic, as the subject of a question. I almost lost my shit and then i remembered that not all the questions count and this didn't mean there wasn't all of a sudden a new subject on the MBE.

jeebus.

Took me another 3 questions to shake off that fear and rage before i could get into a groove.

One non-MBE subject as my 3rd question in the morning and again from the same subject in the afternoon (#128? I saved it for last and ended up guessing in the last 30 seconds)

But idk, some of the things these characters say, like "Sign here, or your bull dies" was pretty entertaining

I'm so glad you guys noticed the…non…mbe…questions.

If you look it up…the MBE will include a new topic next year. Civ Pro. <--THIS COMMENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED QUESTIONS.

As for difficulty…I laughed a lot to myself. It was impossible. Pleeaasseee let there be a generous scale like there was on the July and please let me pass haha

Essay 1 - Garbage.
Essay 2 - Craptastic garbage.
Essay 3 - More garbage.

PT - See my earlier prediction where I said we'll have to draft a will using statutes as guides and also draft a discovery plan while keeping in mine PR issues.

Speaking of PR issues…did anyone notice any in the first PT? I didn't.

I had a section of 7 As in a row. I double checked each one and left all of the answers. I am quite confident in all 7 of them. Glad you confirmed it for me.

Thought I was going crazy but now I think I vaguely remember the non-MBE stuff. I just wrote it off as "probably some shit I missed in con law."

Fuck I don't remember because multiple answers in a row don't bother me.

I don't recall any number of As in a row. I think I blacked out.

What's with those weird PT scenarios?

Should we expect 3 MBE topics?

Likely:
Property
Evidence

Less likely:
Con Law
Torts (PT crossover?)
Someone mentioned corporations (possible PR crossover); would they test PR twice?

Unlikely because they appeared in PT and PR, respectively:
Contracts (anyone else get the broker proximate cause MBE question?)
Crim

Glad people are confirming the 7 As (and EIGHT Ds for the other guy who probably had a different test form). That's just ridiculous of NCBE.

Doesn't anyone have friends at the State Bar? I wonder if some people get leaked info.

I actually didn't think MBE was too bad. First set was on the easier side. Second set was definitely much tougher, but overall it seemed to weigh out.

Yes, there was a question that mentioned brokers and I laughed. However, I feel our discussions of MBE should be limited. All of those warnings scurred me.

Also, the first set was not easy. Unless I'm just retarded.

Nah, I don't think we're transmitting copyrighted material. If they catch me I'll be able to tell them about SofTest crapping out.

Maybe I should find an appropriate avatar relating to brokers...The current one is to honor my pain during the dino logic games of LSAT 2010 July that robbed me of 5-6 points (which I didn't retake because I did better than expected on LR and RC).

Substantially true?? I remember a practice question I did that said that $9,756 was the same as $10,000 essentially…Dunno if that's the case...
