FYI You're NOT allowed to resell your Kaplan & Barbri books. Here is the response I got from Kaplan:
Hi, Courtney, as per your enrollment agreement, our materials are not for resale:

Kaplan Bar Review programs and materials are designed for Kaplan Bar Review students only

All course materials that you receive and to which you have access during your enrollment are protected by Federal copyright law and are meant for your personal use only. By accepting this agreement, you agree not to reproduce, redistribute, share, sell, auction, or give away any such materials ,either during or after your enrollment. Any audio or video recording of Kaplan Bar Review lectures is strictly prohibited. Violation of this agreement is harmful to Kaplan Bar Review, unfair to all tuition-paying students, and may subject you to dismissal from the Kaplan Bar Review program, civil penalties, and even criminal prosecution. In addition, sharing course content in violation of this agreement amounts to a serious violation of professional ethics and may jeopardize your admission to the state bar. Your enrollment cannot be shared, resold, auctioned, or transferred to another person in any manner. Your enrollment may not be split between courses.

LOL how is that unfair? They could have also bought used books if they wanted to.

In other news I kept thinking I didn't pass today.

What's not unfair? I think it's unfair they're trying to keep me from reselling. I wanted to watch the stupid videos and use online resources. Otherwise I would have jut used the books. Oh well. A friend asked me today if I was getting anxious but I'm not because I just know I failed. Garbage. Complete garbage. I don't remember anything from those three days.

I still can't believe the curve in July 2013 was 58.5/126 to pass(roughly). I understand the written section was hard, but still. I don't see myself getting below 60 on the written section this time around.

I'm hopin for a 59-60.5 and a 126 this time around.

I estimated my scores at:

essay1-70
essay2-65
essay3-60
essay4-60
essay5-55
essay6-60
PtA-60
PtB-70
MBE-123

Anti, it was probably the PTs.

I def need a 130+ and 65s on the PTs this time around. The essays weren't fucking around.

Nothing wrong with estimating your scores lol...I mean if you've studied for the bar and have read 50+ answers and grades hopefully so you would know what a passing answer would look like haha...plus or minus 5(maybe 10) points here and there lol..but yes shit happens...but don't kid yourself lol..many of you probably estimated your own scores and plugged it into some calculator.

I would just give myself those scores if I was grading. The MBE is definitely up in the air.

haha Young bucks. Ahhh to be young and optimistic again…

Honestly, I don't know what I'll be doing when results come out. I don't even know if I'll check, not sure what the point would be since I'm 110% sure I didn't pass. I won't allow myself to cry. Again. No matter the result.

Essay 1: 0
Essay 2: 0
Essay 3: 0
Essay 4: 0
Essay 5: 0
Essay 6: 0
PT1: 0
PT2: 0
MBE: 1 (because lets be serious, out of 200 I'm sure I got ONE right…)

Come on Courtney. You said you almost passed the last time!

I am going to a wedding reception on the 17th, so it will either be doubly happy or just a bad time.

a male human- I will be doing crazy stuff that weekend too...do you risk it and check exactly when it comes out and have the best weekend ever and blackout(but then a chance of crying whole weekend and being a debbie downer for those around you) or do you wait until the weekend is over in which case you can celebrate on a sunday when the whole public finds out or you can cry all day on a Sunday?

Wait so everyone here is older than 28?

28 and single since last April (cough). Maybe my brain's too rusty for this.

I'm gonna check it because I'd be too curious. Doubling down for jubilation or complete despair.

Another member of the 28 club here.

And GOOD GOD, if there's one thing the bar examiners do right, it's releasing the scores on a Friday. The shitty thing is fielding all the inquiries, especially from laypersons. I remember being at work the Monday after the July results were released and the phone calls from around the firm. Pep talks from the partners, and careful avoidance from the associates.

All that being said, I'm checking for sure. I already know the answer, but y'know there's a bit of wishful thinking still alive in me. Like maaayyybbee this is the year Santa will give me that pony.

Based on One-Timers, I need one of these sets of scores to pass:
PR 65
CProp 55
CPro 60
RP 60
CL 65
R 55
PT1 65
PT2 65
MBE 130

PR 65
CProp 50
CPro 55
RP 60
CL 70
R 50
PT1 65
PT2 65
MBE 133

Shows you how important the PTs and MBE are.

Me too! I'm 28 years old (plus 10 yrs)!

I read these posts & feel like "AntiHuman" and "A Male Human" are like Ben Affleck & Matt Damon. I guess it's the "human" in both names...I mix you both up. Don't even know if you are guys.

I tried typing my performance prediction and it went something like:

PR 70 (Don't be stupid)
PR 65 (nah, didn't do ABA-CA distinctions)
PR 60 (nah, didn't do distinction AND discuss probable cause in depth)
PR 55 (nah, didn't do distinctions, probable cause AND my writing wasn't that tight)
PR 50 (nah, didn't do distinction, PC, stupid writing, AND bet I missed some issues I don't even remember I missed)

In conclusion, PR is anywhere from 65 - 50. :|

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
