I automatically hate any lecturer who uses 23+ minutes for every lecture.

Commercial Paper may be the worst thing in the world. I would rather cage fight wolverines hopped up on steroids and PCP than read another sentence about Commercial Paper.

I've scored 65% on my last three torts MBE sections and 60% on my last three con law sections. I feel like I narrow it down to two on every question and pick the wrong answer every time. Any suggestions? I realize these percentages are pretty threshold so I need to improve.

Themis says your goal is 50% for now so its not that bad. I'm getting 60% on ConLaws as well and there have been some questions that have been so long and confusing that I basically guessed. Torts seems somewhat easy so far though.

Torts is just easy, people do really well on it in general.

I missed that, too. It didn't even occur to me to think about the mortgages as contracts, even though they are.

I'm 28% complete, but I started on May 6, the early opening.
FUCK ONLY AT 16% I'M GOING TO FAIL THE BAR

I'm at 13%, but not done for the night. Either we're both fucked or we are pacing ourselves and paying close attention to detail. ;) Unfortunately, I didn't notice the 1.5x and 2.0x advantage to watching lectures. It has really saved me a lot of time. It's getting through the outlines that is killer for me. I can't tell if anything is helping though...I have consistently been stuck between 70-72% on the MBE's and my essays have been garbage. :(

Where are all of you seeing the response to your graded essay from last week? Are they not in yet or what?

Which guy did you have? The UBE guy, Birdthisle, wasn't too bad IMO.

We had a guy from South Texas College of Law.

Themis should create subchapters within each lecture so that we can go back and just review a subset of the information covered that we are confused about. It would take them like 3 minutes to do...

Bros, anyone kind of nervous that we don't have a "conviser". I mean I guess the handouts serve as a conviser, but they're 79 pages long still.

Property is making me nervous. The moby guy seems chill and would be awesome to have as a professor but not a good "too the point" bar review guy. His handouts are legitimate shit. Most definitions start with a question: like "If it does x, is it a tenancy in the entirety? Yes, because..." JUST FUCKIN SAY "A TENANCY IN THE ENTIRETY IS X, Y, Z."

More nervous for NY specific where we have to remember everything.

The handouts are 79 pages, but its poorly spaced, so that 79 is more like 20. I bought a barbri CMR on ebay, but I haven't even used it.

Fuckin' Property Moby. I hope I never hear his loud-water-gulping-followed-by-loud-smacking sorry ass again. So far, his lectures were the most painful to get through.

I have them downloaded to the Ipod and I was antsy as fuck by lecture 24. There was one blank he was one line away from and it actually took 3 minutes for him to get from that line to the blank. JUST FUCKIN SAY IT. He was unreal. Good dude but jesus christ they need someone better for bar lectures.

He single-handely put me back 2 days.
