I'd say the exam taking skills and effort are probably close to a wash and I would just take large classes. I think large classes ensure the most normal distributions.

We fear you because you're still trying. I did markedly better second semester 1L year.

Did you work harder? Or just smarter?

There's a number of new 1L evals up. Looks like a majority of CivPro/Contracts/Crim are in. One more Torts was added as well.

The following are the only 1L profs for whom evals have not posted:
CivPro: None
K's: Kordana (F), Verkerke (G)
Crim: Harmon (A, B)
Torts: Armacost (C, I), Hylton (F, J), Kendrick (L)

Anyone know if there's a supplement with the answers to the practice problems in Fisher's Evidence 2d casebook?

eh, it's not like they need an excuse or a reason to drag their feet

i'm gonna take my revenge on them by not getting a 1L summer job, not getting a 2L SA position, and being unemployed 9 months after graduation. hows that for your us news ranking bitches

Wow, that's ridiculous. He was super late last year too. I don't know how it can take that long to grade 30 word-limited exams.

Any recommendations for hornbooks for Enviro. with Cannon? Or Corporations with Morley? Morley's first time teaching Corporations I think.

I don't know about Morley in particular; however, Bainbridge's Corporations Law (Concepts & Insights) was a pretty good language. FWIW, about 1/3 of Kordana's lectures were directly from that book.

I miss UVa Law Blog :( Can someone start a glorious *new* site so that we can discuss grade-waiting woes, etc., in a UVa-specific forum?
