Clermont: Try your best to follow him. He does not cold call.

It's "Sherri-Lynn Johnson" not Sheryl. Terrifying and very powerful speaker.

Eisenberg is fun but doesn't really teach that well in Contracts.

Atlas is the best lawyering prof by what I've heard.

Henderson is venerable and retiring. People seem to like him.

Hey Arbiter, or anyone who would like to chime in, but what do you know, or what is your opinion of:

Civ Pro- Rossi

Con Law- Nelson Tebbe

Torts- Bradley Wendel

Lawyering- Lara Freed

and

I have Eisenberg for Contracts whom you already spoke of, a little bummed he isn't that great

Thinking I got boned on teachers professors/class times

Civ Pro - Staff
Con Law - Johnson
Contracts - Eisenberg
Torts - Frakes
Lawyering - Smith

Any advice of profs/anyone willing to sell books? Also would you guys recommend going new or buying used online. I might wait one day then just take the plunge online. Or is it really feasible to get all your books from 2Ls once you get to school.

I will be selling books and desperate for cash once i get to ithaca. i also have a ton of supplements. a lot of my books are close to new with no notes in them and i will still sell them super cheap. If one of you gets shiffrin for con law hit me up, i have his book and its in great condition.

Nelson Tebbe is a visiting professor...so I don't know if he will be
a blessing or a curse

Honestly, it could all be a colossal error, considering one of the sections is conflicted out and all.

Do profs care about old editions? Is it best to just get the newest edition? Im guessing it's more complex and case by case.

Generally they care

But law school is easy so it doesn't matter

They just need to know their section letter to know their schedule.

It actually worked the other way around...

The schedules were posted, and the registrar office keeps telling us we wont be assigned our sections until orientation. it's pretty obvious, though, unless its a huge TRICK. probably....

Yeah that registrar post made it seem like it was done without any knowledge of the pandemonium posts going on around it.

Has anyone heard what Minella's Negotiation Skills final is like? According to the exam schedule it is supposed to be a 24-hour take home. Ugh.

Do we really have to buy clickers for Clermont? Where can these be found?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
