Thoughts on having an already trained dog in law school? Especially if living alone (which I will be doing).

I adopted and trained a puppy as a 3L with the help of my partner. I think it would have been difficult but not impossible to do alone (high energy breed). But I don't think a trained dog would be any problem.

I’ve got two dogs (also with a partner) and I love it. If your dog is trained and you live close to campus so you can do a mid-day walk I think it’s be totally fine. Personally I’ve found my dogs to be a great source of emotional support, as have others I know who have dogs here.
