Alright, I plan to attend law school in the state of New York. And am interested in knowing how New York bar would look on this.
I have no felonies, misdemeanors, traffic tickets, citations, infractions. Have good credit and are financially responsible. No university reprisals.
A couple of years ago, however, a family member and I were arguing and she dialed 911 and hung up. The police arrived. No one was cited. But there is a Domestic Incident report at the police station. Again, I have never been charged with anything, no felonies, misdemeanors etc
Do you think just one incident report may preclude someone from admission to the bar? I keep thinking No - because I have read of people even with DUI's that get through, and again I have no record.
Do you think Ill have trouble in state of NY?
