Like many future/current law students, I'm paranoid about C&F. Nothing remotely serious in my past but the idea that there's even a SLIVER of a chance that I couldn't practice after going to law school and racking up all the debt is downright horrifying.
Which states allow you to do the moral character exam in your first year rather than waiting until 3L? I really wish this were a final step in the school application process--it would be so much better for everyone!
