Does this sound okay (from 1L law clerk position)
Prepared motions for summary judgment and original petitions in breach of contract cases. Drafted demand letters, mechanic’s liens, and discovery requests. Conducted legal research on matters relating to commercial and construction litigation.
I was going to add something about preparing default judgments and writs of garnishments but those are pretty basic things so didn’t know if I should add or not
Do I need to put in breach of contract cases. Is it too vague? Do employers care what the subject matter was or just that you’ve got experience doing it

Re: Resume question
I think anything works here. You can subjectively decide what to put, but you really just need the gist.
If there is something specific the employer may want, you can discuss it in an interview.
