Best Programs to Increase Typing Speed/Accuracy

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for typing programs, either free or paid online, to help increase typing accuracy and WPM. I'm planning on spending now until Aug./Sept. trying to improve as much as possible for note taking/exams and was wondering what people have used before to help with their typing.

I used this program before 1L; I went from typing around 35 words a minute before I started to a high of 89 now (usually around 80 though)
