Top Law Schools

I'm visiting my friend for a few days and she's letting me stay at her place, so I wanted to get her a gift to say thanks. What would be good gift that a law student would appreciate? She just finished her first year and might be transferring so I can't get any school specific stuff. Can be a gift card to somewhere. Looking for the $50 range.

For undergrad I did.

coldbrew kit with beans, mug, press etc. works.

Somebody got me a nice pillow when I was a 1L. I thought that was too funny - made me laugh, and was useful! Something in a similar vein (coffee, starbucks gift card, coffee grinder/maker, whatever) would be funny too, if the person is a coffee drinker.

If they have completed 1L they may well appreciate a container of lighter fluid and a packet of matches to burn their blue book to ashes (does not work as well if they went with the online subscription vice the physical book).
