Hello everyone. If you are looking for housing near the law school, I wanted to warn you against considering Collegewood Apartments (right across from the law school). The building is not well-maintained, and many of the units seem to be infested with mold and/or roaches (the little ones). Additionally, the property management company (PhoenixSouth) leaves much to be desired. PhoenixSouth also manages Florida Towers, Jefferson Arms, College Plaza, and Jefferson Towers. I have spoken with tenants living in these buildings, and many report experiences similar to mine. Apart from the location and the neighbors, there is almost nothing good to say about Collegewood Apartments.
