Short answer: no.
Cum Laude and dean's list sound better. Only consider putting it on if it's over 3.7, or maybe 3.8. With you UG honors, everyone will assume you had a good/"great" gpa.

Yeah, the italicized cum laude paired with a top 20% of graduating class statistic probably looks better/more preftige-y than the 3.6/3.7 it represents.

I wouldn't sweat this, though.

Do not put a letter GPA. Latin honors are fine.
