How did you get the job?
Was it competitive?
What were your numbers in law school?
Do certain activities in law school make a difference (eg. does the DA's office care about law review, moot court, etc.)? What do you recommend to a 0L who is interested in prosecuting to make his application stand out?
Also curious to know:
How long do ADAs usually stay before leaving?
What are typical exit options like?
Are you planning on leaving for private practice or another government job eventually?
Best and worst parts about the job?
What are the opportunities for advancement within the DA's office?
Is it difficult to get into certain units/bureaus?
