I have a 1L SA in NC currently coming from a TT. Check out Womble Carlyle, King Spalding, Troutman Sanders, K & L Gates.

Coming from HLS you will have a damn good shot. Market pay is not 3k as said above, but 1.8k-2.3k in the Triad and Triangle, with 2.5k in CLT.
