Hey, there, I know that it is not a brilliant question, however I am still curious about it. I mean, when an international prospective student gets an offer and is required to pay the deposit, will an I-20 Visa be issued right after the payment of the deposit, without other financial documents and just on the grounds of the payment?
Looking forward to you answer!
Can Anyone Help Explain The Process Of Issuing An I-20 Visa?

Your individual school will have a specific process for it. Once I put my deposit down, I was sent an email by the person who'd be helping me with the visa process and she attached a form I needed to fill out before sending the I-20.
Just so you know, the I-20 is not actually a visa, it's a form that you need to have from the school in order to go to your local embassy/consulate to interview with them and eventually get the F-1 Student visa. You're also not going to get an I-20 or eventually an F-1 without financial proof that you can afford the 1st year of cost of living+tuition.
TL;DR - Contact the school you're planning on depositing @ and ask them what the process is.
