I would not pay the $1100 or whatever. The class was...LONG. 8 hours a day of legal lecture, which you won't get in law school. The different professors ranged from pretty boring to utterly fascinating (the dude from Yale was amazing. I would listen to him for 8 hours any day.) You learn how to brief a case, which was the most useful thing. It gave me a head start on the first few weeks of actual law school, but everyone else caught up. I'd been out of school a long time and appreciated the chance to "practice" being in a classroom again. Aside from that...eh. I'd mostly turned out by day 3.

That said, I went to the 5-day session on scholarship (on the Law Preview site, there is a page listing which schools/law firms have sponsored scholarships). I'd heard they were mostly given to diversity students, but I'm white female and got one, so take that FWIW.
If you can get a scholarship, I would certainly go. But we're just now discovering that the law firm that sponsored our scholarships actually is continuing the relationship. We were given an evening of advice from the recruiting committee at the firm office last week. I personally got a 1L OCI interview purely because of it. For that alone, it was worth attending. But that's just the scholarship students, not the ones who paid full freight.
