Torts/Civ Pro E&E

Post by dudeimsocool » Thu Jun 21, 2012 8:46 pm

For those who read these, do they cover both semesters of these classes or just the first. If both, till where should one read for first semester, or does it differ for each prof.

Given the fact that my school only has those classes for one semester, I'd say that that depends on your prof and your school. That's also why most people advise against substantive prepping before law school.

I have the torts E&E, but I haven't read it seriously. I don't plan to either. I mostly skimmed it for a basic overview of how it works and answered a few questions to work on writing skills. Don't want to sound like a broken record, but stick to Getting to Maybe etc.
