Peps have said that some people "have it" in law school and others do not, and that those who "have it" get better grades. What is "it?"

Either you have "it" or you don't have "it." I don't have "it," so I can only guess... but from talking with those who have "it" they just instinctively understand what they are being asked and what the relevant answers are...
