I am very curious about Brooklyn's part time program, if I don't grt in full time. What is it like? Will I miss out on a lot of the "1L" experience?

I was part time day my 1st semester. You dont really notice much of a difference. If anything, the P/T program is actually better because (1) you are in classes with students who are typically older, more mature and deal with professors who aren't that much into the "hide the ball" style of lecturing that the F/T day students get stuck with, and (2) you have the option of working full time during the day for $$ (or just to get a lighter case load).

I switched to F/T in 2nd semester and it was very smooth. I only had 1 less class in the Fall which I had to make up in the Spring or Summer. Overall, I dont think it was a bad experience. I took many classes at night in 2L and 3L and felt I got more out of those courses than the day classes because the students seemed more engaged and applied "Real world" knowledge to the material.
