Boston Associate Hiring

Why is Boston the only city/region on this list that did not increase associate hiring from 2009-2010?

I don't know, I'm just as curious as you are, and man, that sucks...

EDIT: I didn't mean this to be Anon. *shrug* Can't do anything about it now.
