Is everybody who wants to enroll able to do it or is space limited?
Workload? (it is technically 4 credits).
Is it graded and, if so, is it a pretty good GPA-booster?
If graded, do OCI employers assume it's an easy A and discount your GPA accordingly?
Thanks!

You need to find your own placement and get permission from the register/professor depending on the practicum. Spots are limited but I'm not sure if they fill up.

Light - weekly journal entries + 20 page paper

Yes and Yes. I have heard of people doing poorly though.

I don't think employers care tbh.
PS. Do the practicum if you can! I got paid the same + credits and you don't have to pay extra for the practicum.
You got paid? You can't get paid and earn credit, ABA rules.LePeanut wrote:I can only speak to the corporate practicumsuppy183 wrote:A few questions for anyone who's done a practicum for credit their 1L summer:

Huh?LePeanut wrote:CPT but I think it's limited to international students.
There might still be a maximum of A+'s that can be given (not even sure about this), but besides that yes everyone can get As.Chicago60657 wrote:Is there any kind of grading policy for small classes -- seminars, practicum classes, etc? Can everyone get A's?
The curve is mandatory over 40. I never heard of any class being an exception, although I could be wrong.crumb cake wrote:Adv. Negotiation is capped at 45 for winter intersession. Does anyone know if they actually curve it if it's >40?
ITA is exempted. Can't tell you about Adv. Negotiation, though. Seems pretty silly if it isn't as that is the worst cap number.rinkrat19 wrote:The curve is mandatory over 40. You can workout with the other LA Fitness' under that pass too and the other ones are much better.fips tedora wrote:Where does everyone workout? I saw that a discount is given for NU grad students for LA Fitness Streeterville, yet meh. Any other recs?

That LA Fitness is hot garbage.Mullens wrote:You can workout with the other LA Fitness' under that pass too and the other ones are much better.fips tedora wrote:Where does everyone workout? I know this is a late response, but you absolutely don't need an outline for this class. If you showed up to the classes and have general common sense, you will be fine for the final exam. It's still taught by Salpeter right?lhanvt13 wrote:anybody have an outline for Strat of litigation?
