I was also looking into First Amendment with DeSanto, Narrative Structures with Lubet, and Business Associations with Litvak. Thoughts?
Heads up: BA with Litvak is curved this semester (TONS of LLMs).

BA is going to be curved very often, but BA with Litvak is great and yes there should be tons of LLMs next semester as well (there were Spring 2013).

And most seminar classes.

Legislation because (1) Jacobi is great, (2) spending half a semester on statutory interpretation is, like, surprisingly useful for potential CLR papers + writing competitions and (3) the 24-hr take home exam is awesome sauce if you're not into outlining, paying attention in class, and doing your readings.

Best place to grab some Con Law practice exams? (the library doesn't have anything from post-1999.)

Sigh, one of these days, Above the Law will post an article about NULAW that isn't them rolling their eyes at us. For now, it's just stolen Tupperware, Chik-Fil-A wars, and millennial bashing.

Name one other thing that ATL does besides rolling their eyes at anything. Other than circlejerking, I guess.

The piece this student wrote came across as more than a little grandiose.

I think anybody from our year/class that knows her would agree she is a really cool person, but I was quite surprised by the post. She should have known (if she didn't) that this would really stir a pot especially posting in Crain. I just thought there was a big divergence b/w her vs. her post :?

Do I know you?

I generally refrain from calling people twats on facebook, since older relatives might read it. (Except for that chick who's going around defacing national parks. I definitely called her a twat.)

Not that you would ever wish a no-offer on anybody....

I'm really enjoying the circlejerk attacking someone you guys don't even know nor have ever interacted with. My favorite posts are the ones actively wishing bad things on her, because that's definitely necessary when you disagree with someone.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
