I would also take McAdams again, and Morrison too if he had stayed.
You should take criminal procedure if you havent alread y and he does it this year. That is an awesome class regardless of prof, and I sometimes wonder how it would have been with mcadams
So so good.
Srsly. So good.

And Strauss was also amazing for Con Law III.

All I know is that they're TLC, and TLC tends to have good building management (based on my experience and that of many friends who've lived in their other buildings). For whatever reason, didn't go see them when I was looking at all the TLC buildings. Not a bad location but 172 could be a bit of an issue in the winter. The prices look really good for the 1BRs.

Another question - is ikea delivery and assembly service available in Hyde Park? Has anyone ever used it?

Yes to both (in Regents at least). They take a while to deliver but were within their time estimate and assembly was pretty quick. Both delivery and assembly are steep.

I was gonna head to Ikea at some point (probably next Sunday) if you'd like a ride. Shoot me a PM.

Edit: but if you want really big stuff, probably can't fit in car. well, we could try...

I would rent a truck with maybe one or two other people. It's far cheaper and if you can't assemble ikea stuff, well I guess no one can really assemble ikea stuf but that's half the fun.

thanks for the responses, you guys are sweet. i'm laughably horrible at ikea assembly and i need a bed - i might use their assembly service for the bed and then tough it out for the smaller things. thanks again!

IKEA = Legos for adults
Yeah man, that shit could not be easier to put together. No offense to anyone who struggles with it (except Mal, who could not find his ass with two hands and a flashlight and should be ashamed of himself).

Ratner is good, and free. If you're near Regents and don't mind spending $30 or $40 a month, L.A. Fitness is pretty good. It's worth the money to me.

Yeah, ratner or crown are 100% tcr. Have everything you need w/ 4 olympic platforms and they never get too crowded. Just get a pump in before or after your block of classes.

You can probably go to regenstein and get your id anytime. I got mine pretty early in September.

Anyone with any experience with East Park Tower? I've had it up to my eyeballs with Regents.

Incoming 1L. Curious about doctoroff program. Especially the 1L internship. The site says the school helps with finding opportunities. Anyone have any insight on how that happens? Guessing it is totally separate from the MBA internship process? Also curious about how the mentorship process occurs? Do they consider your career goals? Who are the mentors?

I noticed a few pages back people asking about gyms in the area. I was wondering if anyone could comment on Regent's fitness center? I know it's probably not very big, but is it decent?

It has several cardio machines as well as a free weight area (though at least when I lived there it had a smith machine rather than a squat rack which sucked). It just got re-done at least.

From what I hear, everything in regents is worse than when we were there.
